    Design Services for Garden Squares

    We can help Garden Committees/Managers engage with their ratepayers more clearly through professional design of print and electronic media, with consistent branding throughout. These small changes help elevate even the best Garden Square, and correctly reflect the heritage and significant investment that has gone into the Garden.

    As part of our design process, we cater for residents who do not speak English as a primary language, by deploying iconography, and QR codes to (translatable) websites. 

    Notice Board / Rules Poster Design

    Noticeboards are common throughout Garden Squares, and frequently an insurance requirement for Playground. Though the notices displayed are infrequently changed, and rarely invested in. Worse still they are often printed on low quality stationary paper that degrades over time. 

    We create icon right, visually engaging notices / posters, that can be printed on specialist outdoor-poster material that will stand the test of time.

    All of our print media is editable with common consumer software, such as Microsoft Office, allowing our clients to update and reprint the template overtime.

    Webdesign

    We have experience building engaging community portals that keep residents coming back, and make Garden Management all the easier by:

    • Streamlining Enquiries: From Event Booking requests, to a asking for a replacement key, residents can be directed to online forms that ensure all necessary details are captured upfront, reducing the need for email/telephone ping-pong
    • Clearly Communicating Rules / Policies: If Rules are published clearly and concisely online there is less opportunity for flouting said rules; more complicated policies (e.g. Ball Sports) can be clearly articulated with photos and links as required.
    • Minimising Letter Updates: By pushing detailed updates through the website, you can cut down on endless letters, and reduce the chance of residents missing important updates.

     

    Custom Signage

    In addition to Noticeboards and Websites, many Garden Committees communicate with residents through static signs. We can design cost-effective signage that can be custom printed on aluminium, corex, or other materials.

    Such signage can be particularly usefull in complying with rules and regulations, such as GDPR Compliant signage informing ratepayers and passers-by of Security Cameras in operation.
