Project Management that can Foresee the Unique Challenges
Our experience of conducting major works in Garden Squares allows us to better-manage future works. Whilst no two projects are the same, we carry lessons and experience from one project to the next.
Empathy for Ratpayers, Committee Members and Garden Managers
We understand that ratepayers can have very strong views about the management-of and changes-in their Garden Square, and this can apply additional pressure on Garden Committees when undertaking works.
As a result, we take the extra time and care to demonstrate care and attention to our works. This includes diligent preparation before any excavation works, to minimise damage and disruption.
When backfilling excavated holes or Trenches, wherever possible we soak reinstated soil and clay so that it reasonably compacts, thus avoiding subsidence and noticeable divots after our works are complete.
Good Governance Assured
We try to minimise the disruption we cause onsite, whilst protecting resident safety / peace-of-mind. As a minimum, any holes/pits/trenches are fenced off whenever not in use.
When leaving plant machinery, such as air compressors onsite overnight, we install temporary cameras to protect equipment (such as air compressors) and guard against misuse.
Our objective is always return a Garden a close to as-we-found-it as possible, as quickly as we can.
An Eye for a Good Deal
Having conducted a plethora of work across Garden Squares in London, we have developed a strong appreciation of where money can be saved. This includes:
Material Delivery
Waste Removal
Parking Suspension
