Updating Payment Method on Asda Mobile

Step 1: Sign-in to Asda Mobile

  • Navigate to https://mobile.asda.com/login
  • Select “Log in if you are a pay as you go customer”
  • Enter the username and password provided by us & login
 
 

Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile

  • Select the Profile button in the top right corner
  • Expand the “My Asda Mobile” section in the toolbar that appears on the right
  • Select My Profile

Step 3: Open the Registered Payment Cards Section

  • On the My Profile page scroll downwards
  • Expand the Registered Payment Cards section
  • Select Edit

Step 4: Add a New Payment Card

  • On the My Cards page, select Add a New Card
  • Enter the details for your new card
  • Complete any card-provider verification

Step 5: Check new card added, delete old cards

  • On successfully completing payment you will be returned to the My Cards page, where a small notice card in the top right corner should confirming “Your card has been successfully assigned. It may take a few minutes for it to appear in your account.”
  • After 5 minutes refresh the page (ctrl + F5) and check your new card has been added (if not, check again in an hour, if still not, repeat the add a card process).
  • Once the newly added card is displayed, select “set as default” on the new card, and delete the old card.
